NOTE 12 - SEGMENT Segment reporting The Company applies the provisions of ASC 280, Segment Reporting. Operating segments are comprised of the components of an entity for which separate information is available to the Company’s chief operating decision maker, or group of decision makers, in determining how to allocate resources and evaluate performance. During the period ending June 30, 2026, the Company consists of two reporting segments: genetic diagnostic testing and Quantum Drones. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) is its Chief Executive Officer. The accounting policies of the Diagnostic segment and Quantum Drones segment are as described in the summary of significant accounting policies. The CODM evaluates the performance of the genetic diagnostic testing segment based on the Company’s net loss as reported on the statements of comprehensive loss as consolidated net loss and operating expense summary (Note 11). The Company’s segment assets are reported on the balance sheet as its total consolidated assets.
