NOTE 6 - INCOME TAXES

The Company accounts for income taxes using the asset and liability method in accordance with ASC 740, Income Taxes. Under this method, deferred tax assets and liabilities are recognized for the estimated future tax consequences attributable to differences between the financial statement carrying amounts of existing assets and liabilities and their respective tax bases, as well as net operating loss and tax credit carry forwards. Deferred tax assets and liabilities are measured using enacted tax rates expected to apply to taxable income in the years in which those temporary differences are expected to be recovered or settled.

A valuation allowance is provided when it is more likely than not that some portion or all of a deferred tax asset will not be realized. Due to the Company's history of recurring losses since inception and the uncertainty of future taxable income, management has determined that it is more likely than not that the Company's net deferred tax assets will not be realized. Accordingly, a full valuation allowance has been recorded against the net deferred tax assets as of June 30, 2026, resulting in a $0 provision for income taxes for the periods presented.
