1. These shares are held of record by Tau Capital Holding Limited (f/k/a TAU Capital Holding - Sole Proprietorship LLC) ("Tau Capital"). The Reporting Person is one of the two General Partners of Tau Capital and may be deemed to have shared voting and investment control with respect to such shares. Mr. Mollica disclaims any beneficial ownership of such shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest he may have therein, directly or indirectly.
