| Cybersecurity Risk Management Processes Integrated [Text Block] | As
a development stage company, our business activity to date has been focused on identifying, acquiring, exploring and developing mineral
properties. We have not yet adopted formal cybersecurity risk management programs or formal processes for assessing cybersecurity
risks. We understand the importance of managing material risks from cybersecurity threats and are committed, as part of our
continuing growth, to implementing
and maintaining an adequate information security program to manage such risks and safeguard our systems and data. We do not store in
our systems any customer or similar data. We currently manage our cybersecurity risk through practices that are applicable to all users of our information technology and information assets, including our employees and contractors. We notify these users of expectations regarding acceptable use of our information systems and alert them to potential sources of cybersecurity threats. We use a combination of technology and monitoring to prevent security incidents. The technologies we utilize for cybersecurity monitoring across our information technology environment are designed to prevent, detect and minimize cybersecurity attacks, as well as alert management of such attacks.
We implemented and adopted several technologies to increase our cybersecurity defenses, including an Enterprise Resource Planning solution, a data control and backup solution, security in data access control (single sign-on and multi factor authentication), and data encryption. We also have a firewall installed in all our facilities. In the last three years, we have not experienced a cybersecurity threat or incident that materially affected our business strategy, results of operations, or financial condition. However, there can be no guarantee that we will not experience such an incident in the future. Our executive management team is responsible for the development of our policies and procedures relating to our risk management, including cybersecurity risks. Our board of directors has ultimate oversight of our risk management processes, including any cybersecurity-related risk and activities. In particular, the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors (“Audit Committee”) is responsible for monitoring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, in addition to considering and discussing guidelines and policies to govern the process by which risk assessment and mitigation is undertaken. |
