Mergers, Acquisitions and Dispositions Disclosures [Text Block]	(2) Acquisitions and Dispositions In the first quarter of 2025, the Company recognized a gain of $619,000 on the disposition of a workover rig related to our service company. In the first quarter of 2026, the Company had no significant acquisitions or dispositions. In the second quarter of 2026, the Company sold 12 net acres in Lea County, New Mexico receiving gross proceeds of $150,600.
