Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 14, 2026, Leatt Corporation. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026, and announcing an earnings call at 10:00 am ET on August 14, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
