The above balances are non-interest bearing, unsecured and due on demand. The related party is affiliated by virtue of common ownership.
Steve Cabouli, CEO and sole director of the Company, has been providing storage and office space for the Company. Beginning July 1, 2025, the Company began accruing monthly rent expense for this space at $2,800 per month. As of June 30, 2026, there is $39,200 accrued in accounts payable for rent. |
