Depreciation expense of property and equipment from continuing operations for fiscal years 2026, 2025 and 2024 was $75.1 million, $69.1 million and $60.7 million, respectively.

The carrying value of long-lived assets held outside the U.S., which is comprised of property and equipment, totaled $20.7 million and $20.9 million as of June 30, 2026 and 2025 respectively.
