The Company paid cash consulting fees totaling $117,000 and $234,000 (2025: $97,000 and $190,000) to related parties and non-cash stock option compensation expenses of $Nil and $Nil to related parties for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively (2025: $Nil and $Nil).
The Company paid rent fees totaling $1,500 and $3,000 to related parties for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 (2025: $1,500 and $3,000).
As at June 30, 2026, the Company had $41,145 owing to related parties (December 31, 2025: $38,354). |
