NOTE 3 – SHORT TERM INVESTMENT

As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company’s short-term investment amounted to $23,330,932 and $24,454,701, respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company purchased bank management products in a total amount of $22,912,017 (RMB157,231,424). As of June 30, 2026, the fair value of the Company’s bank management products was $23,330,932(RMB158,302,708).
