The Company owed a related party, Flywheel Financial Strategy (Hong Kong) Company Limited, a company controlled by Tin Sze Wai, the spouse of the controlling shareholder of the Company, $1,020,592 and $906,342 as of June 30, 2026 and September 30, 2025, respectively, for advances made to the Company by this related party, which are due on demand and interest free.
The Company owed a related party, Autometa Technology Limited, a company controlled by Tang Siu Fung, the controlling shareholder of the Company, $100,000 and $ as of June 30, 2026 and September 30, 2025, respectively for advances made to the Company by this related party, which are due on demand and interest free.
Apart from the transactions and balances detailed elsewhere in these accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements, the Company has no other significant or material related party transactions during the periods presented. |
