Subsequent Events The Fund has considered the effects, if any, of events occurring after the date of the Fund’s accompanying Consolidated Statements of Assets and Liabilities through August 14, 2026, the date the consolidated financial statements were issued. Other than the item discussed below, the Fund has concluded there are no other material items that warrant disclosure. Subsequent to June 30, 2026 and through August 14, 2026, on July 1, 2026, the Fund called $42,200,000 of unfunded capital commitments. |
