Our Chief Executive Officer, as the CODM, organizes our company, manages resource allocations and measures performance among two operating and reportable segments: (i) Educational programs and services and (ii) HybriU licensing and sales for internal management purposes. The Company’s CODM makes decisions on resource allocation, evaluates operating performance, and monitors budget versus actual results using gross profit.
