2. Held by Four Seasons Education Holdings Limited, a British Virgin Islands company wholly-owned by the reporting person.

3. This option vested in three substantially equal annual installments beginning on July 3, 2019.

4. This option vested in four equal annual installments beginning on February 5, 2022.

5. The options vest in four equal installments on each of August 12, 2025, August 12, 2026, August 12, 2027, and August 12, 2028, respectively.
