| Accounting Pronouncements | Accounting Pronouncements The Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") No. 2023-09, Improvements to Income Tax Disclosures. The accounting standard improves the transparency of income tax disclosures by requiring (1) consistent categories and greater disaggregation of information in the rate reconciliation and (2) income taxes paid disaggregated by jurisdiction. It also includes certain other amendments to improve the effectiveness of income tax disclosures. The accounting standard is effective for the Company for annual periods beginning after December 31, 2025. This standard relates to footnote disclosures only. The Company is evaluating the impact of this standard on its disclosures. 2025-06, Intangibles Goodwill and Other-Internal-Use Software (Subtopic 350-40): Targeted Improvements to the Accounting for Internal-Use Software. The ASU modernizes the guidance for internal-use software by eliminating references to project development stages and requiring capitalization of software development costs when management has authorized and committed to funding the project and it is probable the project will be completed, and the software will be used as intended. The ASU is effective for fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2027, and interim periods within those fiscal years. Early adoption is permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact of the ASU on its financial statements and related disclosures. The Company has further evaluated other Accounting Standards Updates issued during 2026 but does not expect such Accounting Standards updates, other than those summarized above, to have a material impact on the Consolidated Financial Statements.
