As of June 30, 2026 and 2025, Plant, property and equipment consisted of the following:
On October 1, 2025, Nova Malaysia abandoned its entire fixed assets of 819,649 Malaysia Ringgit ($191,466) without cash consideration.
On June 23, 2026, the Company acquired computers for $6,352 in equivalent to SGD 8,115 for office use. During six and three months ended June 30, 2026, DBO disposed office equipment for $2,615.
Depreciation expense was $4,204 and $30,717 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively; and $1,062 and $14,881 for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
