Note 17 - Subsequent Events

 

In accordance with ASC Topic 855-10, the Company has analyzed its operations subsequent to June 30, 2026, to the date these financial statements were issued and has recognized the following material subsequent events.

 

On July 29, 2026, the Court returned its verdict and awarded Sabby a total of $791,807.76 in damages and interest. When interest is added into the verdict, the total judgment is $950,557.44 (the “Judgment”). As the Judgment was substantially less than what the Company had accrued, the Company reversed $500,000 in accrued expenses as of June 30, 2026. In addition, as the Company is considered the “prevailing party” in the case, the Company plans to file a motion to recover a portion of its attorney’s fees. If the Company is successful in its motion to recover its attorney’s fees, the Judgment could be reduced further.

 

Subsequent to June, 30 2026 the Company issued 0 of common shares of stock.
