Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 11 – Subsequent Events Issuance of Common Stock for Vendor Services Rendered Subsequent to June 30, 2026, we issued 15,253 shares of common stock in exchange for services rendered from a vendor totaling $33,000.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
