Preferred Stock
The Company has authorized 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock. No shares of preferred stock were issued or outstanding at June 30, 2026 or December 31, 2025.
Treasury Stock
Treasury stock includes shares surrendered by employees for tax withholding on the vesting of restricted stock awards and shares repurchased in open market transactions. No shares were surrendered by employees for tax withholding for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025. During the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company did not repurchase any shares in open market transactions. During the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company repurchased zero and 50,360 shares in open market transactions, respectively. |
