| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | NOTE 6:- SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
In accordance with ASC 855-10, the Company’s management reviewed all material events through the date of these consolidated financial statements. Effective July 16, 2026, Guy Ofir resigned from his positions as Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel and Director of the Company, and Uri Tadelis was appointed Chief Financial Officer. These changes were reported by the Company on Form 8-K. Except for the foregoing, management determined that there are no additional material subsequent events to report. |
