Other receivables were comprised of the following at June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025:
Litigation Receivables - As of June 30, 2026, the Company held litigation receivables of $578,890 related to amounts owed by Pharmaxx Medical, Inc. in connection with the Company’s breach-of-contract claims, for which a default judgment was pending as of that date, with an established allowance of $289,445 based on management’s assessment that full collection is uncertain given the status of the proceedings and the defendant’s financial condition. The Company has engaged legal counsel and is actively pursuing recovery of these amounts. See Note 13, Commitments and Contingencies, for additional information regarding the Company’s legal proceedings against Pharmaxx Medical, Inc.
