SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events that occurred after the date of the balance sheet through August 14, 2026. On July 29, 2026, the Company entered into a product sampling, trial production and delivery agreement with a third party company, with a total contract amount of $161,491. Delivery under the agreement is scheduled to be completed by the end of August 2026. The Company determined that no subsequent events require recognition or disclosure to the financial statements other than the above matter.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
