NOTE 16 – SEGMENT INFORMATION
FASB ASC 280, “Segment
Reporting,” establishes standards for reporting information about reportable segments. Operating segments are defined as components
of an enterprise about which separate financial information is available and is evaluated regularly by the chief operating decision maker,
or decision-making group (“CODM”), in deciding how to allocate resources and in assessing performance. The Company operates
as one reportable segment. The Company's Chief Operating Decision Maker is its Chief Executive Officer, who reviews consolidated operating
results to allocate resources and assess performance. The measure of segment assets is total assets as reported on the condensed consolidated
balance sheets. The CODM evaluates revenue by product line and operating expenses by significant category to assess financial performance
and allocate resources. The CODM’s primary measure of segment performance is operating loss, as presented below.

required by ASC 280-10-50-38 “Entity-wide Information”:
