As outlined in footnote 4, under the NeoRe Project section the Company pays monthly budgeted amounts to NeoRe towards the accomplishment of tranche 1 and tranche 2 objectives. The tranche 1 objectives were satisfied as of May 31, 2026 and the first of two 1% NSR Royalty awards was earned by the Company. Upon earning a 1% or two 1% for a total of 2% NSR royalty, the aggregate contribution amounts would either constitute the cost basis upon 3^rd-party acquisition of the NSR royalty or amortized over the life of the production from the NeoRe Project that generates NSR Royalty income, if applicable. The amount paid toward the first 1% NSR Royalty award was $851,043, based on monthly budgeted payments made from December 2026 through May 2026. Amounts paid toward completion of tranche 2 objectives and earn-in of the second 1% NSR Royalty award are posted to Other Assets, as indicated in footnote 4.
