SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	18. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS *ATM Agreement* From July 1, 2026 through August 13, 2026, the Company has sold 6,928,113 shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $1.6 million under the ATM Agreement. *ELOC* From July 1, 2026 through August 13, 2026, the Company sold 3,584,279 shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $689,000 pursuant to the ELOC Agreement. In connection with those sales, the Company also issued a total of 26,883 shares of common stock to the Purchaser as commitments shares, pursuant to the terms of the ELOC Agreement.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
