License agreements
During March 2021, the Company entered into two license agreements with certain equity investors for marketing and advertising services. These two agreements were terminated during the third quarter of 2023 and the remaining prepaid license fee was expensed. The net expense relating to the agreements was $0 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, there was $309,333 outstanding under these agreements, which is presented as accrued expenses - related parties on the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheets.
