Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 11, 2026, Megan D. Bailey notified Labcorp Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as Executive Vice President and President, Central Laboratories and International of the Company, effective September 4, 2026.
Effective September 1, 2026, Brian J. Caveney, M.D., the current Executive Vice President and President, Early Development Research Laboratories and Chief Medical and Scientific Officer of the Company, will assume the role of Executive Vice President and President, Biopharma Laboratory Services and Chief Medical and Scientific Officer, with responsibility for the Company's Early Development Research Laboratories and Central Laboratories businesses.
