Major customers
No Major customer disclosures are required as the Company’s revenue and accounts receivable are not concentrated with any single or group of customers meeting the materiality threshold for concentration disclosure.

For the three months ended June 30, 2026, one supplier accounted for approximately 28.3% of the total costs of revenue from continuing operations of the Company.
For the three months ended June 30, 2025, two suppliers accounted for approximately 30.2% and 11.3% of the total costs of revenue from continuing operations of the Company, respectively.
As of June 30, 2026, two suppliers represented approximately 63.2% and 23.7% of the Company’s accounts payable from continuing operations, respectively. As of March 31, 2026, one supplier represented approximately 91.4% of the Company’s accounts payable from continuing operations. |
