| Goodwill | Goodwill On May 27, 2026, the Company completed the sale of its Movies Business as further described in Footnote 3, Divestiture of Movies Business. Following the divestiture, the Company evaluated the retained portion of the reporting unit for impairment in accordance with ASC 360, Property, Plant and Equipment. As part of this evaluation, the Company performed a quantitative impairment test. The fair value of the remaining reporting unit was determined using a discounted cash flow model (a form of the income approach) utilizing Level 3 unobservable inputs, supported by a market approach. The Company relied in part on the work of an independent valuation firm engaged by the Company to provide inputs as to the fair value of the remaining reporting unit and to assist in the related calculations and analysis. The Company's remaining reporting unit passed the goodwill impairment test and as a result, no goodwill impairment was recognized. The change in the carrying value of goodwill is as follows:
