Basic net (loss) income per common share is calculated by dividing net (loss) income by the weighted-average number of shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Diluted net (loss) income per common share is calculated using the treasury share method by giving effect to all potentially dilutive securities that were outstanding. Potentially dilutive options, restricted stock units and warrants to purchase common stock that were outstanding for the three months ended June 30, 2025 were included in the diluted income per share calculation. As a result of the net loss for the three months ended June 30, 2026, all potentially dilutive shares in such period were anti-dilutive, and therefore, excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share.
