| Other Real Estate (ORE) | Other Real Estate (ORE) Other real estate owned consists of the following at the dates indicated:
During 2025, First Guaranty transferred $4.4 million of existing bank owned properties previously used as either operating branches or future branch development to other real estate owned. As of June 30, 2026, these properties had a carrying value of $4.3 million and were held for sale. Loans secured by one-to-four family residential properties in the process of foreclosure totaled $0.3 million as of June 30, 2026.
