On March 6, 2026, in connection with the Business Combination Agreement, SKG agreed to fund extension payments in an amount equal to $60,000 per monthly extension for six extensions commencing on March 10, 2026 and ending on August 9, 2026. As of June 30, 2026, $300,000 was due to SKG, representing five monthly extension fees of $60,000 each.
