SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 6 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated and herewith reported all events or transactions that occurred after July 01, 2026, through the date of August 13, 2026. During July 2026, Director of the Company Christopher Campbell provided working capital of $750 towards the edgar filing fees. During August 2026, Director of the Company Christopher Campbell provided working capital of $2,500 towards the KAP consulting services.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
