Significant customers and suppliers are those that account for greater than 10% of the Company’s revenues and purchases.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, three customers accounted for $3,531,764, $1,831,950 and $1,602,955, representing 24.19%, 12.55% and 10.98%, respectively, of the Company’s total revenues. No other individual customer accounted for more than 10% of the Company’s total revenues. For the years ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, no individual customer accounted for more than 10% of the Company’s total revenues.
For the year ended March 31, 2026, Two suppliers accounted for 65.28% and 20.21%,respectively, of the Company’s total purchase. For the years ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, no individual supplier accounted for more than 10% of the Company’s total purchases. |
