NOTE 13 – OPERATING LEASES

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, total rent expense under leases amounted to $1,382 and $2,734 and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 total rent under leases amounted to $1,316 and $2,656. The Company has elected not to recognize right-of-use assets and lease liabilities arising from short-term leases. The Company has no long-term lease obligations as of June 30, 2026.
