| STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY | NOTE 8: STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY Common Stock Transactions On May 1, 2026, the Company held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, at which meeting the Company’s stockholders approved an amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, to increase the number of authorized shares of our Common Stock from 30,000,000 shares of Common Stock to 130,000,000 shares of Common Stock. On May 4, 2026, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation, increasing its authorized shares of Common Stock from 30,000,000 to 130,000,000.
