Greenlane as a Lessee
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had no material operating lease right-of-use assets or operating lease liabilities, as substantially all leased facilities had been exited or terminated.
Rent expense under operating leases was $0 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, compared to approximately $0.2 million for the three months ended June 30, 2025. Rent expense under operating leases was approximately $0.2 million and $0.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
