Subsequent events	Note 14—Subsequent events Subsequent events – The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 14, 2026 in connection with the preparation of these unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements, which is the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Parkview Credit Facility The Company has, subsequent to June 30, 2026, borrowed under the Parkview Credit Facility in the amount of $2,150,000 for the use of general corporate purposes. ATM Program The Company has, subsequent to June 30, 2026, issued 197,545 shares at a weighted-average price of $2.35 and received gross proceeds under the ATM Program in the amount of approximately $464,000 for the use of general corporate purposes.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
