SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 7 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events in accordance with ASC Topic 855, Subsequent Events. Management evaluated events occurring after the balance sheet date through August 13, 2026, the date on which the financial statements are available to be issued. Based on this evaluation, management concluded that there were no events occurring during this subsequent‑event evaluation period that required recognition in the financial statements or disclosure in the notes thereto.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
