| Segment Information | 10) Segment Information During 2025, the Company has reorganized its business operations resulting in a change in the number of reportable segments. As a result of the Vivus Termination Agreement (as defined herein) entered into by the Company in March 2025, the Company is no longer engaged in the commercialization, development or sales of Stendra®. Additionally, Metuchen, Timm Medical and PTV have been assigned to a third-party in connection with the ABC (as defined herein), and accordingly, the Company is no longer engaged in the marketing or selling of VEDs. As a result, two segments, Prescription Medications and Medical Devices have been reclassified as discontinued operations. Accordingly, subsequent to the ABC the Company operations comprise a single operating segment at the consolidated level. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (the “CODM”) reviews and evaluates consolidated net income as presented in the accompanying consolidated statements of operations for purposes of assessing performance, making operating decisions, allocating resources, and planning and forecasting for future periods. |
