Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 13, 2026, Akari Therapeutics, Plc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first half of the year ending December 31, 2026 and certain other information. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference to this Item 2.02.
