On March 15, 2025, the Company entered into a one-year Directors and Officers Liability Insurance agreement for $656,178. The Company made a down payment of $130,000, with the remaining balance financed with a third-party over the following ten months at an annual percentage rate of 7.30%. Beginning April 2025, the Company will make 10 monthly payments of $54,394, with the last payment to be made in January 2026. At the end of June 30, 2026, there was no outstanding balance on this note payable.
