| Noncontrolling Interest in Alta Mesa | Noncontrolling Interest in Alta Mesa Boss Energy holds a 30% minority interest in the Company’s Alta Mesa operations (the “JV Alta Mesa”). The Company continues to retain a 70% interest and serve as a manager of the JV Alta Mesa property, for which it is entitled to a management fee. As a result, the Company continues to consolidate the operations of the JV Alta Mesa with the non-controlling interest being recorded. The table below is a summary of the activity related to the non-controlling interest from December 31, 2025 through June 30, 2026.
