Property and equipment consisted of the following:
During the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Company received an equipment-related government grant of $49,000, which was recorded as a reduction of the carrying amount of the related property, plant and equipment. No equipment-related government grants were received during the three months ended June 30, 2026.
Depreciation and amortization expenses related to property and equipment was $8,000 and $12,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2026, and 2025, respectively. Depreciation and amortization expenses related to property and equipment was $17,000 and $39,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2026, and 2025, respectively.
