| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events In connection with the preparation of the accompanying condensed consolidated financial statements, we have evaluated events and transactions occurring through August 13, 2026 for potential recognition or disclosure. Investments On July 10, 2026, the Company redeemed its investment in the Fundrise Real Estate Interval Fund, LLC for approximately $19.1 million. On July 14, 2026, the Company invested approximately $21.6 million to acquire a membership interest in Neighborhood Partners 173, LLC.
