| RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS | 4. RECENT ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS
In November 2024, the FASB issued Accounting Standards Update 2024-03, Income Statement—Reporting Comprehensive Income—Expense Disaggregation Disclosures (“ASU 2024-03”), which requires public business entities to provide enhanced annual and interim disclosures that disaggregate specified income statement expense categories. ASU 2024-03 is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2027. The Company is currently evaluating the impact that adoption of this guidance may have on its consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
In December 2025, the FASB issued ASU 2025-10, Government Grants (Topic 832), which establishes guidance related to the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of government grants. ASU 2025-10 is effective for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2028, and interim periods within fiscal years beginning after December 15, 2029, with early adoption permitted. The Company is currently evaluating the impact this guidance may have on its consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
