As of June 30, 2026, the Company had unfunded commitments to provide debt financing to its portfolio companies.
As of December 31, 2025, the Company had unfunded commitments to provide debt financing to its portfolio companies.
Any such commitments are generally subject to the Company’s discretion to approve or are subject to the satisfaction of certain financial and non-financial covenants and involve, to varying degrees, elements of credit risk in excess of the amounts recognized in the Company’s Consolidated Statements of Assets and Liabilities that are not reflected therein.
As of June 30, 2026, the Company was not subject to any legal proceedings, although the Company may, from time to time, be involved in litigation arising out of operations in the normal course of business or otherwise. |
