Depreciation and amortization expense for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 was $16 thousand and $34 thousand, respectively. Depreciation and amortization expense for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 was $31 thousand and $69 thousand, respectively. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company had $120 thousand in disposals of fully depreciated property and equipment. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, the Company had immaterial disposals of fully depreciated property and equipment.
