Segment Reporting, CODM, Profit (Loss) Measure, How Used, Description The Company operates as a single operating and reportable segment as an investment company. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) is its Chief Executive Officer. The CODM uses net investment income and net increase in net assets resulting from operations, each as reported in the Consolidated Statements of Operations, to evaluate operating performance, assess returns, and allocate capital resources. In addition, the CODM reviews the fair value of the Company’s investment portfolio, portfolio composition, liquidity, leverage, and distributions to stockholders.
