| Goodwill | Goodwill Prosper’s goodwill balance of $36.4 million at December 31, 2025 did not change during the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Goodwill is associated with the Company’s Personal Loan reporting unit, which has a negative carrying amount as of June 30, 2026. The Company recorded no goodwill impairment for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
